It’s finally time!
The new content management system, that we have been talking about… actually, raving about… for months, is finally in place and ready to go.
The software, known as Chamber Master will allow member businesses to update their information, sign up for events, pay their dues, determine how they will stay connected with the Chamber and much more… all with the push of a button.
It’s been in the works for a long time. At the Chamber office we have been playing with it for the last couple of months, trying to learn everything we can about Chamber Master before releasing it to the membership. We think we have a good handle on it now and are ready to bring everyone else on board.
Later this month, members will receive a letter with step-by-step instructions for creating their account and updating their information. We ask that you choose at least two representatives from your business to have access to the account and to receive Chamber reminders via email.
Once your account is set up, you will be able to market your business to visitors to our website by enhancing the information on your business home page through either pictures or text. You can also add keywords to help consumers find your business when they run searches. You will also be able to run reports to see hit statistics for your home page and other advertised items.
