1. Only medically necessary patients can be seen in the office. This means no maintenance patients are allowed. Please make sure that your visit is medically necessary before you schedule your appointment.
2. We cannot schedule patients with pre-existing lung diseases or other co-morbidities. These are the patients that are at a higher risk of developing complications to the Covid-19 virus and should stay home as much as possible.
3. All patients will be asked a series of questions when scheduling an appointment: Do you have a fever, cough, or shortness of breath and have you traveled anywhere in the last 14 days. It will be determined on a patient to patient basis whether or not your travel will affect our ability to treat you.
4. There are No Walk-In Patients allowed, no exceptions. We must screen you prior to entering the building. We also ask that you show up at your appointment time to avoid any waiting in the waiting room. It is our goal to get you in and out without touching any unnecessary surfaces.
5. Upon arrival your temperature will be taken with a non-contact thermometer and must be below 99.4 degrees Fahrenheit.

Thomas County Courthouse – now has a drop box option for conducting business! Drop boxes are located on the south side of the courthouse next to the elevator entrance. Any correspondence dropped off after 4:00 will be processed the following business day. Please do not deposit cash.
Thomas County District Court – Due to the Supreme Court’s Administrative Order 2020-PR-16 imposing statewide judiciary restricted operations due to the COVID-19 emergency, the Thomas County District Court has made available a locked box located on the south side of the courthouse for the public to drop off any court filings. We ask that you please provide your name and phone number with the filings in the event we need to get ahold of you. If you place any information into the locked box between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, please call 785-460-4540 so we can retrieve and process the information that day.
Any information placed in the locked box after 5:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day. District Court drop box is located on the right.

Dollar General – 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. Dollar General is strongly encouraging that the first hour of operations each day be dedicated solely for the shopping needs of senior customers, who are one of the groups most vulnerable to the COVID-19 coronavirus. In keeping with the Company’s mission of Serving Others, Dollar General wants to provide these at-risk customers with the ability to purchase the items they need and want at the beginning of each day to avoid busier and more crowded shopping periods.
